Let me start this blog by saying there is nothing better then calm that fits in your purse. Roll On hemp products have been my go to for calming me and my kids and for headaches. I always have a roll on lavender in my diaper bag and I always keep a peppermint close for my headaches. They work so well that I will always just keep them in stock at my home.

There are so many different other essential oil CBD scents and my main brands are Charlotte’s Web and SpaRoom they have something for every need. Now I am not someone that needs something for energy but they have that as well.
